Cardi B is being sued for $5 million by the man in her Gangsta B***h Music Vol. 1 mixtape cover. A guy named Kevin Brophy claims that the rapper used his image for her mixtape without asking her permission.

The mixtape cover shows Cardi B sitting in the backseat of a car while enjoying beer and oral sex from a male model, who has an enormous tiger tattoo on his back.
TMZ reports that Kevin was entirely sure that the guy in the cover is him, as he’s had the specific tattoo for ten years.
Kevin said that he only found out about the cover when one of his friends told him about seeing with on a cover with the rapper Cardi B.
Kevin also confessed that his son had seen the cover and asked what his father was doing with that woman and after that, adding that it was awkward.
Cardi B has not responded to the lawsuit yet, so we still have to wait and see what will happen.
In other news, Cardi is reportedly working on a collab with Beyonce.
Bey’s sound engineer, Ashby, shared on Instagram Stories a picture of the collaborative song file.

It looks like the R&B diva prefers to keep it a secret. The sound engineer then took to social media to issue an apology to Beyonce and all her fans for violating her privacy.
‘Public apology to Beyonce and all her fans, unfortunately, ‘hotnewhip-hop’ [invaded] my privacy,’ Ashby wrote.
‘In everything that I post it’s been nothing but [encouragement] to my small IG following that’s trying to grind like me in this tough business.’
He continued by saying that he learned his lesson and he would never do it again in the future. ‘I cannot turn back the hands of time, so at least this a life lesson I’ve learned on my behalf and all I can do is move forward,’ he added.
